I highly, highly recommend Simplex Storage! My parents are moving on a very short timeline and my family has been juggling a lot of logistics that come with a lot of stress. In the past I had a terrible experience with a different company so I was very hesitant about using another storage company, and wanted to make sure my parents would be in good hands. Simplex Storage has renewed my faith in people in this industry. I called a lot of companies and did a lot of research on storage companies in the area and Simplex Storage surpassed all the other companies by far on all accounts. I worked with Samantha and Danielle, who went above and beyond in helping my family and me out. They are honest and incredibly helpful, and run this place so well. If you need a place to store your things and want to make sure you’ll be treated well and are in good hands, I highly recommend Simplex Storage.

This storage place is great! Awesome and responsive staff, Samantha is always friendly and willing to help. The unit was clean and the online move in is super easy. I wish the payments weren't only done based on a whole month, but that's most storage places so not unique here. Overall a great experience!

Samantha was so easy to work with. She treated me like a friend not just a customer. I had to move from a smaller unit to a larger one. She recommended movers and got me in contact with them. contacted them. They were incredibly helpful and fast! They did in 90 minutes what would have taken me and helpers days, and the price was very good. Thanks to Samantha for the referral. Whenever I needed help or questions she was very responsive. One night I lost track of time and accidentally got locked in the yard. I contacted her and she was understanding and helpful.
Danielle helped me with billing issues when I lost my credit card and had to cancel the card on file for auto pay. Instead of charging for a late payment, she contacted me to get it updated. I greatly appreciated her consideration. I have had very good experiences with simplex storage and would highly recommend them and their services.

Affordable, clean, well-maintained. Danielle and Samantha are always helpful and willing to adjust based on your needs. Stored my household items there for 4 years and never worried about the security or conditions. My stuff was in the same condition I left it, impressive for a non-climate controlled unit.

Such a nice clean storage complex. Lots of room between rows for trucks, well light, and good pricing. Samantha is amazing and always went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

My wife and I just opened a unit. The manager was very nice and gave us all of the information that we needed to make an informed decision. She even made a reservation for us so that we could schedule our move to a time that worked best. The office is clean and the units are in good shape.

First, this is a very clean and modern storage facility. It's well maintained, offers many storage options (drive up, interior, climate controlled, and RV), and all at a very reasonable price based on the shopping I did. It's also laid out nicely, with easy access to the units and plenty of room to manuever. There are several exit keypads (rather than one typically in an inconvenient place) and real video surveillance (not just fake camera's) all around. No contracts and no deposits made setup and move in very easy. Samantha also took the time to walk me through several options and provided some great insights for choosing the right unit. Very pleasant to deal with and I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone.
